ABOUT US
In September of 2016, Mandy decided to open a dog grooming shop out of her house. This business soon grew to grooming, boarding, and doggy daycare. Mandy's Whine and Bark began to expand exponentially and had to be moved to a larger facility. After almost a year of working in the new building, Mandy decided that she wanted to help as many animals as possible by opening a non-profit shelter. Many months later, on November 14, 2018, the rescue was up and running. Within 2 weeks, 17 dogs were brought to her and the journey began. The rescue is currently working hard to have all rooms and kennel spaces ready to accept cats and more dogs.
